Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective March 28, 2026. mkassistant is a technology platform for AI-powered chart analysis, behavioral review, and self-improvement workflows. It is not a financial service.
1. Subscription Billing
mkassistant is sold as a recurring subscription. Your card is charged immediately when you start a paid plan. The subscription renews automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not reverse the current charge and does not create a prorated refund for the active billing period. Access remains available until the end of the paid period unless the account is suspended for abuse, fraud, or violation of platform terms.
3. Refunds
Charges are non-refundable once paid access has started and the platform has been used in a meaningful way. Meaningful use includes actions such as logging in after activation, opening paid features, uploading charts, generating AI reviews, receiving toolkit output, or using included credits or subscription benefits.
Refunds are only considered in the following limited cases:
- duplicate charges for the same subscription period
- verified unauthorized transactions after internal review
- verified platform-side technical failure that prevented access to the paid service entirely
4. Non-Refund Reasons
Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction, change of mind, personal preference, misunderstanding of features, or subjective claims that the platform was not useful after access and usage began. mkassistant provides analytical and self-review technology tools, not guaranteed outcomes.
5. Abuse and Chargeback Prevention
To protect the platform from fraud and abuse, mkassistant records subscription consent events, policy acceptance timestamps, IP information, checkout session identifiers, customer billing details returned by the payment processor, and card verification results made available by the payment processor. This evidence may be used to investigate unauthorized-transaction claims and respond to payment disputes.

For billing support, contact support@mkassistant.com from the email address on your account and include the charge date and the last four digits of the card if available.
